2	Kerala State IT Mission (Mission Coordinator on deputation)2017-2018	Managed the Project State e-Governance Service Delivery Gateway (SSDG). The client of this project is Government of Kerala and the implementing agency is Kerala State IT Mission and Tata Consultancy Service (TCS). The project is aimed to provide all government services to citizen through a single gateway which is the state portal. A total of 56 services from different departments which includes utility payments also, can be integrated with the state portal after completing the security auditing by STQC. 27 blade servers, routers, load balancers etc  are kept in state data centre, which are used to act as the back born of this project. Managed the project mKeralam mobile app. The client of this project is Government of Kerala and the implementing agency is Kerala State IT Mission and ISYX. The project was started to integrate 100 government services in a single mobile app. I can be able to integrate 101 services in this app after the security auditing. The services includes 24 revenue services and the services provided through SSDG to the citizen. 4 servers, routers and load balancers are used to run this project. mKeralam mobile app is clubbed with SSDG to call the common services from SSDG. Managed the project Kerala Spatial Data Infrastructure (KSDI) is an Internet based Geo Spatial Data Directory for the state that allow the users to share and explore the information related to political and administrative boundaries, state geography, demography, agro and socio economy, resources, infrastructure facilities with attributes. A site (Kerala GEOPORTAL) for KSDI can be hosted. The main objective of this project is to provide a gateway for spatial data generated by various agencies in the State. Started a development team in Kerala State IT Mission to configure ServicePlus which is common framework developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC) Delhi, for providing citizen services from state government departments. Lots of online training can be arranged for the team from NIC Delhi. The benefit of ServicePlus is can be created simple citizen services like online ticket generating system for Agasthyarkoodam from Forest department on free of cost. The development team can easily configure workflow for the department service in ServicePlus. Initiated to develop a portal for RoW for IT department, Government of Kerala. It was a challenging project which needs to bring IT department, LSGD, PWD, Telecom, Water authorty etc bring together to provide the service. A very good development team can be formulated in Kerala State IT Mission.
3	Centre for Continuing Education Kerala (On working arrangement) 2009 – 2012	Developed website for Centre for Continuing Education Kerala Assisted to procure Computer and Peripherals for the Center and its sub centers Assisted the Coordinators and Chief Coordinator of Kerala State Civil Service Academy to conduct Civil Service Coaching. Set up a computer lab in Centre for Continuing Education Kerala with 22 computer system.
